National online shopping marketplace Shopper Army was looking for a strategic partner to develop a marketing program that provided a path to purchase on shopperarmy.ca. By creating curated content, EllisPark.co connected Shopper Army with their best current and potential customers and helped them learn about the breath of beauty and skin care products offered through a variety of e-commerce retailers. With over 200,000+ unique monthly visitors and an active membership of 50,000+, Shopper Army wanted to boost their active membership through providing curated content that helped consumers discover the best products. EllisPark.co developed a program of shopping guides that packaged product content in an editorial framework in order to help consumers understand the product benefits and increase purchases. The results allowed Shopper Army to communicate special offers, product launches and promotions for the customer while providing Shopper Army with an opportunity to sell category sponsorship to their retail and product affiliate partners. The content guides were featured on Shopper Army’s homepage carousel, in dedicated e-newsletters as well as organic posts across all social platforms.
